VISITING THE CLINIC

For your safety and to maintain social distancing, We ask that you attend you appointments as close to the appointment times as possible. Please do not turn up early for appointments as this many mean you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving.

Please attend your appointment alone in order to reduce human contact for our staff. Unfortunately, friends and family cannot enter the premises. If you have booked appointments with friends/family members back to back, then please continue to come to the clinic alone – one at a time. We understand that you may be from the same household but this is in order to protect our staff and others in clinic.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

If any of our staff feel ill or have symptoms of COVID-19, they will self-isolate immediately and not come into the salon. This may mean that we have to cancel your appointment at short notice. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be able to re-book again.

If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any COVID-19 Please advise us as soon as possible and DO NOT COME TO THE SALON FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will be turned away if you show signs of being unwell. (Even if you are convinced it is a common cold PLEASE DO NO VISIT.
